20th, 21st and 22nd June: 6pm - 9pm

18th, 19th and 20th July : 6pm - 9pm

5th, 6th and 7th September : 6pm - 9pm

NEW INTENSE COURSE - LIMITED TO ONLY 4 STUDENTS PER CLASS.

Snacks and refreshments are included.

DAY 1: Prep, dirty ice, make buttercream (provide you with our famous recipe), smooth sides, textured sides, cover boards, safe ribbon attachment, names and messages, make sugarcraft toppers.

DAY 2: Finish the cake design (a drip cake or a traditional piped cake) Piping with various nozzles, making perfect chocolate drip, moving and securing cakes onto decorated boards, tips for a professional finish. 

DAY 3: Cupcakes - piping, moulds, baking tips, cupcake bouquet tutorial, edible prints, gold frames.
