General Information

Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can get everyone settled and start on time.

Parking: There is free on-street parking nearby plus public car parks within about a 5 minute walk.

What to bring: Nothing needed, we provide all ingredients and tools for the party activities.

Adults staying: Space is limited, so we recommend 1 - 2 supervising adults stay in the room. Others are welcome to drop off and collect.

Accessibility: We offer step-free access at the shop, please tell us about any access needs in advance so we can support you.

Drinks: Soft drinks and snacks are available and usually included in your party package, unless stated otherwise.

Q: How long does a party last?

A: Most party packages run for around 1.5 hours, the exact duration is shown on each party product page.

Q: What’s included in a party package?

A: Your package will list exactly what’s included but typically, you’ll get all decorating supplies, cupcakes or bakes, party food, drinks and packaging to take everything home if needed. Some packages also include a bespoke birthday cake.

Q: How many guests can I book for?

A: The minimum number on each party package is 4 guests. You can increase your booking up to 12 children per party. For more or less guests than described, please contact us on +44 7741 892 095, WhatsApp or email us on - hello@zaracakesmanchester.com, we'll try our best to accommodate your booking.

Q: Can guests take their bakes home?

A: Yes, Zara Cakes provide everything you need and you can take home everything you make, usually boxed up with bows.

Q: Can you accommodate children with disabilities or additional needs at parties?

A: Yes, absolutely! Please let us know any additional needs or access requirements when you book. We’ll do our best to adapt the party, however a parent or carer should stay for the full duration of the party. Please contact us before booking to discuss access if needed, sensory needs or extra support so we can advise on the most suitable workshop.
