Week 1: Cake Prep

*Making Buttercream from scratch - recipe card provided

*Sponges are provided - recipe card provided

*Cutting & levelling sponge

*Sponge preparation - dirty icing

Week 2: Decoration Prep & finish cake

*Covering boards & adding fonts

*Colouring sugar paste 

*Using moulds and various equipment to create sugar paste toppers

*Sugarpaste texture effects

*Chocolate drip effect

Week 3: Bento & Buttercream

*Various types of piping

*Lambeth, vintage style bento cake

*Smooth buttercream sides

Week 4: Cupcakes

*Cupcake buttercream styles

*Detailed cupcake toppers

*Using moulds, cutters, press and more

*Cupcake fonts

*Mini picture frames and edible images

Week 5: Doughnut Tower 

*Doughnut recipe

*Doughnut dipping 

*Handmade sugar details

*Making a tower
